Voronoi Clusters

This project was an exploration in cutting complex miter joints using RhinoCAM to cut the form on a CNC router. Traditional woodworking tools cut whole numbers relatively accurately, but some forms require a greater degree of precision. The CNC router is able to cut odd angles with extreme precision allowing for greater freedom in fabricating a variety of forms. The 3D Voronoi form was created in grasshopper and rationalized in Rhinoceros.
